For 22 years now, Kim and Jami have gathered circles of kindred hearts in some of the most beautiful and fierce landscapes on the planet. This year they’ll immerse in beauty closer to home in Nicascio, California. Miraculously, after traveling the world in search of the perfect place for this unique work, Kim discovered Gassho House, a luxurious retreat center held in a forest of redwoods, only three miles from her own home!

All the wisdom teachings of the world tell us, through one story or another, that the key to life lies in the manner in which we meet death within and around us. This 6 part online series is an opportunity to welcome all that emerges as we turn towards our own death, the deaths of our loved ones, and the losses, changes and “everyday dying” that abound in a life fully lived.

In this five session course, we will navigate the anatomy of the soul, each session through a different portal: What is the Soul?; The False Self; The Beast and the Beauty; The Essential Self; and The Unnamable Vastness of Being.

Poetry, music, presence, and the wisdom in our own bodies/feelings/knowings, as well as readings and videos from many sources ignite and waken us. This is an invitation to radical self-honesty, realness, curiosity and community that will at least disrupt who you think you are, and possibly leave you, as Mary Oliver writes, "a bride married to amazement."
